Delivery
We ship worldwide from our location in the United Kingdom:
- Free Delivery for all orders within the UK sent Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days)
- £3.50 for orders within in the UK sent Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 working day)
- £10 for all orders within Europe sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
- £20 for all orders to the Rest of the World sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
Mixed Tapes is not liable for any additional customs or duties which might be payable on arrival.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact info@mixedtapes.co.uk to ensure we can deliver your goods safely.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.
Returns
Purchases can be returned providing they arrive back in the same, sellable condition. If you wish to make a return please contact info@mixedtapes.co.uk within 5 working days of receiving your order. Mixed Tapes will inform you of the return address. Returns must arrive back to Mixed Tapes within 7 working days of receiving the return address. Please ensure items are packaged securely as Mixed Tapes cannot be held responsible damage during transit. You may also want to send tracked to ensure safe arrival of the return.
Please note if you purchased a set of tapes, the whole set must be returned. This includes any free gifts which might have been added to the order as part of a promotion. Mixed Tapes does not offer partial returns and if the full order is not returned this will void any refund and the goods will be sent back to you.
